Term and Condition

* Prices are non-negotiable and all sales are final. Strictly no refunds or exchanges after purchase has been made.

* Serious buyers only. Strictly no cancellation of orders once confirmed.

* All items sold are brand new.

* Items are sold on a first paid, first served basis. In the event that your item is sold out by the time payment has been made, your can request a change of order, or a refund.

* COD: Not allowed for this time.

* Shipping & handling charges:
Pos Laju (for up to 10 pieces)
- RM7 to West Malaysia
- RM10 to East Malaysia

* International shipping is welcome. Please email us for further details.

* Colour of items may differ from the picture due to lighting / camera settings. All items are free size, however measurements of each piece can differ. Please email us for measurements if needed.

Postage
* All postage fees shall be borne by the buyer.
* We are not liable for lost or damaged parcels.
* We shall not be held responsible for delays on behalf of Pos Malaysia; our responsibility ends once the item has been posted.
* Items sent via Pos Ekspres shall be at your own risk. Our rate of lost Pos Ekspres parcels is minimal, currently 2/1000, however, the risk is still there. Please opt for Pos Laju for safer delivery.
* Please refer to our Postage Schedule for further information.

Exchanges and Replacements
* Strictly no exchanges or refunds will be entertained, unless the item is defected.
* We check each piece for defects before posting, however we may miss some out. In the event that you receive a defected item, please email getmepretty3026@gmail.com with a picture of the defect within 3 days.
* We will evaluate the defect, and offer the following options:
- a replacement item with your next purchase, of the same design
- a free item with your next purchase, design of your choice
- a replacement item to be sent via Pos Ekspres
* No refunds allowed for sold items.
* Exchanges via COD at our shop is allowed for defected items only. Exchanges because an item does not fit is not allowed, as the measurements are available on our picture.

Pre-Order Policy

1. We import our products from oversea thus we have to collect orders by batches first and closing date for each batches will be stated on category's heading.

2. To order a pre-order item, please follow these procedures :
- add the desired item(s) in your cart. Advisably not to combine with ready stock items unless you are willing to wait for the whole order to complete then only posted out.

3. Due to a series of backout buyers, we regret to inform that orders received buyer are required to make full payment within 3 days after you have put in your order. Should we not received any payment, your order will be deleted.

4. Stocks will take 10-14 days to reach Malaysia. So please be patient.

5. We will deliver your order immediately after receiving the stock.

6. Strictly for SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY! If you wish to change orders, please do so within 3 days after you put in order. But after you make payment, we DO NOT entertain any cancellation or exchange while in the waiting period.
